Hi,
Could you please first tell us the order number or ebay user ID?
This sygic navigation software is compatible with our unit, please tell us the Sygic version.
You'd better install it from Google play store.
Regards

You dont need a special launch file.
You can install normally to internal memory.
Depends on the installed version, it asks for destination path (after loading a "small" map) or you can "move" the sygic folder from the root of internal memory to the root of the extsd card! Then you can start sygic and load the maps!
Thats the way i use sygic on my RQ0268!

Hi the sygic version is 16.4.9 and the unit I have is a W0352
I downloaded it from play store on my pad then saved and updated files to sd following instructions from sygic website
so all files needed are on the card (I can launch on my pad once sd card is connected)
but does not like the path once in the head unit

Hi,
The W0352 is a wince unit which does not support to install the third party navigation app.
This unit should come with a kind of offline maps, please tell us which maps you ever had.
If you don't mind, we can send you the free maps igo from the factory.
