Batterydiscarge VW PASSAT - Pumpkin RQ0364

Hi,

i have a Pumpkin RQ0364 in a passat 3b from 2007.
The Problem with this device is that the battery is down in just 2 days.
I read about a wire modification. This should be possible if you use the radio without CAN-Bus.
I use the CAN BUS. Steeringwheel Control....

What is my option? Send it back?

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply due to the Chinese New Year's Day.
Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
Regarding your issue, please first check if the unit will turn off automatically when you pull out the car key.
Maybe it's just the CanBus decoder box problem.
