SD/GPS Card not reading- Please help

Can someone please help me with my Pumpkin S07 radio. It has Kitkat 4.4.4 on it and recently the GPS (igo) application started working. I keep getting an error message saying " Insert GPS Card".

I have tried the card in my phone and computer and it reads fine. I also tried replacing the card and the slots at the front do not seem to recognize when a card is inserted in the slot.

I have gone in the setting and the " Mount SD Card" is greyed out . USB works fine however.

Can someone please help. This unit is junk to me if I can't get the GPS to work.

Sorry for the late reply due to the Chinese New Year's Day.
Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
Regarding your issue, you can go to restore the factory settings to check, maybe it's just the system bug.
And you can also choose to copy the maps file from USB device into the flash memory on the unit.

I bought the unit used so i am not sure what the order number is. Are you able to help me and is there any updated software that I can try?
I did the factory reset and there is no change. The unit does not recognize when a card is instered in the slot.
I also tried to install the igo app from USB which worked, but it will not function as it asks me to instert the GPS card into the slot. Is there anyway to have the option routed to USB insted of SD card? Please help
