Touchscreen right defect ?

Touchscreen defective on the right edge. What can you do?
readjust? Update? deal with it?

Hi,
you can first enter settings - car settings - factory settings(input password 126) page and click the touch reset. If this doesn't help, contact the pumpkin customer service for help.

Thanks for your work here and your support

factory reset brought no success. Display is as before without function.
For any buttons in this area, I use a mouse on the front USB.
That's ok, it fulfills its purpose

After the factory reset, however, the Wifi does not work anymore.
The browser shows no connection available. Also other browsers already tried.
Connecting to a mobile phone hotspot shows the same symptoms

With each setting (DHCP or Static IP) shows PX5 connected to Wifi.
Everything entered correctly, (subnet, gateway, DNS). PX5 also indicates it.

Everything is correctly connected and displayed in the router (IP, MAC)
I have 20 devices in my home network, NAS, satellite receiver, TV, laptops, printer, mobile phones ......

I'm very baffled, where I search, make mus, in the net there are only the usual blabla tips.

Do a whole reset,bring to radio to factory default settings.
