Gps won't start/ open

I just installed a pumpkin stereo and all was good until I was setting up my Gps a pop up said "has to restart to make changes" so I did that and now it won't open at all
It says failed to open file: ui_igo9\800_400\ui\cockpit_2css exiting application
Please tell me what I've done and how can I fix it I use the gps every day Thankyou
