PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hello,
i've a problem with connection between autoradio and my Note 8 (Android 9) with Router Wifi option on phone, before everything works well, suddenly car stereo didn't connect to wifi hot spot of my Note 8.

I've tried to change wifi ssd name on phone, nothing.
I've tried a a factory reset of autoradio, nothing.

If i try to connect autoradio to Router wifi connection with Samsung A8 (Android 9), it works well!
If i try to connect my notebook to Router wifi connection with my Note 8 (Android 9), it works well!

Suddenly autoradio and Note 8 seems to be not compatible.
Suggestion? I'don't know what i can try....

Hi,
After downloading it, please do not unzip the file. Put the file into the root directory of one SD card, insert it into the GPS slot. Click Settings-System- System Upgrade. Can you try it once again Cheers?

A question, are you sure that the firmware is right for my radio?

Hi,
I checked it once again. It is the right update link.
Can you select the "view recovery logs" of you last picture to restart the radio to test it once again? Cheers

I've update radio, i've left in the autoradio only memory in gps slot and update is gone well.

However, autoradio doesn't connect to note 8 in router wifi mode.

Here you can find screen of system with new firmware and screen to connect autoradio to Note 8.

Hi,
Please check the picture attached.
You should select the 2.4GHZ of your phones' wifi to connect your phone to the radio. Would you please try it once again? Cheers

I've disabled 5 GHz Wireless option and now it work!

Probably a system update has forced 5 GHz in phone router option.
