PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

On March 10, 2020 I bought the 7 inch pump with the SKU label AA0477B-A01 from Amazon under the order number 304-2600075-7827540.
The device has the MCU version: MTCE_HT_V3.30_1
Kernel version: 4.4.167

My questions:

How do I get into the hard reset so that the operating system is reinstalled?
It must be a combination of pressing the power and reset button.

Just pressing the reset button reboots the device and resets the device to factory settings. but does not change anything else
