TV box

Hello, I want to ask what program to enter the factory setting so that it could operate Tvbox screen radio RQ0278E. Is there more options. Thank you.

Hi,
Could you please first tell me the order number and if you bought the TV box from us?
This unit support the TV function, but it need the TV box receive signal and input audio and video into the unit.

TV box on the radio works fine with a remote control, and I want to control via radio screen.

Sorry, this unit does not support to control TV via screen.
