I would like to know how to connect the car stero with the pc in order to use
adb.
In my case to allow the start of a macro (Macrodroid) to set the accessibility permissions.
If there are other ways to not lose the accessibility permissions settings I would like to know how.
My unit is a px5 4Gb / 32Gb android 8

Sorry, our car stereo does not support to change code. maybe it will damage car stereo and can not recover.
