PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hola soy Twenty y desde el 28 de febrero de 2017 adquiri el Pumpkin RQ0278E-ES, desde Amazon. Pedido n.º 402-1710097-9069159, todo perfecto hasta hoy ya que ha dejado de reconocer cualquier USB, me da miedo de resetearlo y perder todo lo instalado como el GPS desde la SD. ¿Que puedo hacer? Gracias.

Sorry for the trouble caused.
There are several USB port on the both front and rear of the unit, you can check all of them.
And please notice, this unit can only support up to 64GB with FAT32 or NTFS format USB stick.

Hola, perdon por no contestar antes, el problema lo solucione. Pero hoy me lo a vuelto hacer con un usb de 32GB, no lo reconoce y tengo que vover a resetear la unidad con el cambio del logo car. ¿ hay alguna actualizacion? para este tipo de problema. Gracias....

Did you mean that the unit ever recognized the 32GB USB stick but sometime you had to reset the car boot logo and it worked again?
Please check if there are some file with unread format or broken file.
This unit can support up to 64GB stick or SD card.

The problem is that when I connect the 32 GB usb it recognizes it, but when I turn the unit off, it no longer recognizes it, and to recognize it I have to reset the unit from the car logo option. I'm very sorry for my bad writing ....

Lo siento por las molestias causadas.
Para la emisión del sim 3G, instala la actualización del firmware de abajo y MCU, que le ayudará a resolver el problema. https://mega.nz/#!RdkTADJa!_7dmoYNMMC-B ... QFL3Qq5o6g favor descargar tanto el firmware como MCU a través de su navegador , sólo tienes que copiar el archivo en un (micro) tarjeta SD vacía, asegúrese de que el archivo está en la raíz de la tarjeta. (es decir, cuando se abre la tarjeta, el archivo está directamente situado allí) Entonces, por favor inserte la tarjeta SD con el firmware archivo y mCU en la ranura del GPS. La unidad reconocerá la actualización del firmware de forma automática y el pop a cabo un diálogo, seleccione "borrar datos y formato flash", a continuación, haga clic en Instalar, la unidad terminar la actualización después de unos minutos Después de la actualización del firmware, y luego ir a la configuración - acerca Haga clic en Actualizar tableta para MCU. For the method, you got it from another post, just like the below writing, hope some help.
Please download both the firmware and mcu through your browser, just copy the file into an empty (micro)SD card, make sure the file is in root of the card.(ie, when you open the card, the file is directly located there)
Then please insert the sd card with the firmware file and mcu into the GPS slot.
The unit will recognize the update firmware automatically and pop out a dialog, choose "wipe data and format flash", then click Install, the unit will finish the update after a few minutes. Here is a picture for your reference.
