4.4 kitkat stero issues

Postby Legolas_black » Fri Mar 17, 2017 9:04 am

Hi iv got a double din 4.4.4 kitkat stereo with a lot of issues.

The unit is new and only fitted 2 weeks ago. First things first IT IS NOT a constant power supply issue as its been checked by an electrician. Just saying that befor im told its a wiring.

When the unit was first fitted it was fine for 4 days. Now its intermittently loosing settings and the time is not keeping up to date ie if i turn the stereo of at 10.30, when i turn it back on at 4 it will still say its 10.30.
If i change a setting in the menu then go back to the home screen it looses the setting. Again this is intermittent. When the unit starts it says the usb stick has been lost even when its fitted fine. If i remove the stick and reinsert it it shows the usb stick is conected but empty but then every now and again it shows everything on the stick.

Im losing my mind with this thing.

Please please help

Hi,
Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
We need to know more details and try to provide you positive solution.
Regarding your issue, it maybe the system software problem, we can send you our latest firmware.
Before that, you can do a factory settings restore to check.
Regards
