After installing the radio in the car from the right front speaker began to hear clapping. The popping heard when you turn off the radio, pressing the button mute and the volume is decreased to 0. Amplifier no. With regular radio no cotton. When you connect to the line out leads on cotton too. Radio RQ0278E. Help to understand! Need of the electrical schematic for the sound.

Hi,
For the sound problem, please first check the right front speaker is normal. You can connect the wires of the right front speaker to the left front speaker wires of the ISO cable. And if you confirm the right front speaker is OK, so try to restore factory settting. If this don't help, could you mind show me a short video about your problem. We try to help you.
Sorry for that there is not electrical schematic here because the factory don't provide that to us .
Regards

In the workshop it turned out that the clapping is likely to come from chips CSC37534. You must solder this chip or to change the whole Board with this chip. Can tell de you can buy this chip or the entire Board? Maybe the manufacturer will be able to send me these components?

Hi,
i agree that there are some components on mainboard should be broken. But we usually don't send components to our clients.
So you can contact the customers service to change a mainboard.
