I bought the CN10-03201B-DE-A (Android 6.0) and want to connect my subwoofer to it, but I can’t get any sound signal (despite the mising remote out).

I connected my chinch cable to the single subwoofer output alone, with a y-adapter and even on the front/rear-outputs, but none of it works .

Can you help me out with a workaround?

Hi,
the subwoofer frequency is under 100Hz which people are difficult to hear clearly.Only when you play DJ or other subwoofer music,can you hear obviously. And you also need to adjust the EQ in the EQ app.
