PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hi all,
when my pumpkin device are without 12V Power all Radio Stations in the Radio App are deleted, the attached pictures.

my questions: where is the Radio-App File in there the Frequency is saved? So i can edit them with my favorite radio stations.
Attached you see my RadioApp File on every start.

sorry ,i don't know where the files save.
Normally,the unit can save the stations you saved.
You first need to check the red wire and the yellow wire exchange.Does the unit display the power down information while the unit powering down?
If not,it means the red wire and the yellow wire exchanged.You need to exchange once more.
You can try to turn the AF function off.
