RQ0416E Firmware

Hello, i have bought the RQ0416E in january. Then i installed the malaysk custom rom,and it works. Now i want to go back to the original firmware. I start to install the original firmware but something goes wrong. I cant start the system. I always see only the boot screen. I get always the error message "E:Can´t open....". I think i have installed the wrong firmware.
Can you please give me a link to a correct firmware?
My Radio in the original was an:
MCU: MTCC-KLD6-V2.97 Pumpkin Android 5.1, 7"

Please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions.
Normally we don't suggest our client do the flash work without our guidance.

thanks. i forgot to ask you the ratio resolution of the unit.I need to confirm this info so that i can provide correct firmware.

the resolution is 800x480

Is it also possible to get the right mcu? I think this could be the failure, that i have installed the wrong mcu.
