Using Video In on Aux Input

I am attempting to use the Video in that I believe is the "aux input video in"

It is Input 11 on this image.



If I use the "aux in" app I simply get a screen that says, "Don't watch video while driving" with no buttons or menus.

I think that it is detecting the signal because if I plug and unplug the RCA connection then the top of the screen shows the black bar with the "back button" on it.

The vehicle is in park when this happens. Is there a setting that enables this? or is there a wire for the parking indicator I missed? It doesn't appear to be labeled on the above image, nor on any of the wires I can find.
