Trying to connect my radio but my audi antenna had two connectors and radio cane just with one. If i stick it in each hole none of that working. Any solution?

Really sorry for replying you late, cause I was ill and rest in hospital where there is no internet for right ear surgery, and my colleague forget to reply you here, hope you can understand!
Can you please tell me your order number so that I can check it? And can you provide us photos of the radio antenna plug from the original car?
