PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hi,

This is a bit lame question, but I just bought the Android 6.0 Double Din Universal Car Stereo.
I misconfigured the Radio App, now it doesn't appear the information about the radio station.
Probably with a factory reset, l'l solve it. The question is, I don't know how to do it.

I just pressed the two holes on the right side, but it just reset itself with the same configuration.

PS: there's already a new firmware for the radio?

I made the order through you German website, the order number was: 500002489

I tried to make a factory reset pressing the reset button on the upper right corner, but I was unsuccessful.

I don't know what I did on the radio, but, in the beginning it appeared the name of the radio station, and now it doesn't. Besides that, on the setting on the radio app I had a lot of option and now I just have two: LOC and another one that I don't remember.

you can enter into factory settings page and recover the unit to factory settings.

Hi again. This is not the right place to put this question, but, when can I get a wiring diagram for my radio? I'm trying to install the steering control, but I'm struggling to know which wires are from

I bought the CTMultilead.2 from 2connect, and I got this diagram but I'm unsure what configuration should I choose..

I set as an universal patch lead, and used the brown and black wire as the key1, the pink as the key2 and the black one as the GND. But the rádio seems a bit confused, do you have any idea what went wrong?

Done! Is all set. For the people that own a Vw Passar 2002 or equivalent: standard configuration on 2 connect wire. For pumpkin wires schematics - black is the ground; brown - key#1 ; brown and black - key#2
