(Very Slow) Pumpkin Universal 7 Inch 1024*600 Android 5.1

Good Morning.
I've had this unit now for nearly 12 months.

If I'm totally honest with you the features are fantastic but the unit is terrible to use.
It states that it should take 25-30 seconds to switch on, If the car has been off for a few hours it will take about 25-30 seconds.
However If I get out of the car and refuel it will power on almost instantly (Is this normal)
I also can't seem to power it off or reboot it, Pressing the power button just turns the screen off?

When the car is first turned on the unit boots quickly, However the unit itself is not useable for around 5 minutes.
Everything is very slow, Applications will demand that I either wait, or terminate them.

Even when the unit is 'working' its still pretty sluggish and it honestly makes me want to go back to a Phone/Aux Combo.
Is this the norm? Is a sluggish speed when running normal?
Being unable to use the unit for 5 minutes on startup normal?
I've 'factory reset' this unit a couple of times now however it always returns to very slow speeds, very quickly.

Is there anything I can do to fine tune the unit?
Is there firmware updates?
Can I strip the OS down further and disable things to make it faster?
I don't use the radio and I basically only use Google Maps/Waze and Spotify

Hi,
For the power up/off problem,the unit don't support fast boot .You can turn the ACC on or off to start or turn off the unit .
For the problem of running slowly,please show me a video about it.
