ODB2 WIFI dongle how you set it up?

hi i just got the ODB2 Wifi Dongle the paper work only talks about Blue Tooth setup this isnt a blue tooth i even tried to set it up with blue tooth but can not get it to work

does anyone know how to get the Wifi to work with the android phone?? since there is no documentation or FAQ on the pumpkin site to view or download to get this thing to work
