PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

My 7.0 inch universal double din android 7 unit connects to my phone and takes calls etc perfectly, happy days

However in the a2dp app it is clearly connected and receives the information on the music being played ok as this appears on the screen. However there is no sound

I have checked the media sound isnt muted on the phone ( galaxy s7 )

Anyone have any ideas ?

Hi,
first ,please check the speaker cable connect tightly. Do other media get sound?
Next,you can enter into the factory settings and check the BT gain option.

Last,if the above suggestion don't help, you can try to change a phone.

I will try the BT gain

tried this it was already not set to zero and changing it makes no difference

Very disappointed, one of the main uses of the head unit and a basic function does not work

May have to look at returning this if there is no solution

I'm having same issue. BT audio was fine....then, nothing from A2DP. BT phone calls...fine. What is the issue here?

Reset the unit will make your unit lose some of the settings you modified but not the data.
2.We test the galaxy s7 with android 6.0 and get sound as it should. So ,we suggest you do as i said before.
