Trying to use Torque - paired OBD2 adapter now showing in app.

I have a 7" 8-core Android 6.0 Marshmallow head unit, installed for the express purpose of running the Torque App.
My BT OBD2 dongle is recognized by the radio system. It is paired. The OBD symbol at the top of the display is lit. But in the Torque setup when I'm to choose from the list of BT devices already paired, that list is empty. (have have two things paired in the BT app).
This BT OBD2 unit has worked with two other Pumpkin radios, and continues to work with an Android phone in the same car. AND when I first set it up, the unit worked with this radio. And now it does not. And I can see no way of selecting it in the Torque settings - though it was there initially.
Yikes. Can I reset the Torque app? Do I need to reset the whole radio (I tried power cycling it by turning off my Aux battery - no change).
Frustrating as heck. Help!

Thank you. My Amazon order number is: 113-8036427-5325809
And while trying to solve the OBD2 issue, now the radio sound fades in and out, and completely goes away randomly. The right rear speaker now doesn't make any sound. I have disconnected and reseated all connectors. There is no improvement. I've replaced my factory radio, and the speakers all work perfectly. It rarely plays at the set volume now.
Fortunately, I have plenty of time to return this item to Amazon - unless you have a great solution for all of this. The unit was working great for about one week. And now it seems each day, I find something that's not working quite right. I tried a factory reset, and for an hour now, it has been just showing "Android." Me thinks it is dead.

Hi,
firstly, you can try to disconnect the ISO cable and reseat it to start the unit.
For the sound issue, you can check whether the speaker cable connect tightly and get around 6V power or not.

As mentioned in previous post, all connections have been removed, inspected, and reseated. There is no change. I did not check for 6V.

Thank you for the help. A factory reset, and adding the firmware have done nothing to restore the functionality, unfortunately. I have begun the return process to Amazon, and have purchased a different Pumpkin unit to try.
