double din fixings

Hi had brought one of your double din units before that was the 6.0.1 android oct core that had issues turning off after 5 mins which i sent back
so brought another 7.1 android to replace it from yourselves again.
this time the double din fixing do not fit with the existing mounts they push them off 5-10mm
have attached pics to explain

the older unit from yourselves fitted perfectly so dont see why this one does not?

sorry for my bad english .I don't understand well when you said "they push them off 5-10mm".
According to your pictures , is the left one your existing mount ? Do you mean that your car stereo cannot be picked into your mount?
