Black toolbar on top not working

Hi. I have the single din unit and theblack toolbar at the top which has the home button and back button etc does not work. I have already used a factory reset and update firmware

I have no idea what to do next but obviously i need those buttons

Hi,
you can contact the customer service through amazon message to get an new touch screen.Here are two videos about how to change the touch screen.
