SWC - PAC RP4-FD11 HELP

Everything works great except the steering wheel controls. I have the adapter from PAC for my truck, but the Pumpkin unit does not have the 3.5mm jack, so I am using the Key1 and Key2 wires to go to the wire on the adapter. I cannot get the unit to recognize any steering wheel control inputs. Anybody have any experience with this? It's in a 2014 Ford F150.

Hi,
because you car come with can bus comunicate agreement,it make no difference to connect the KEY1 or KEY 2 to your adater.
Please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions .Could you also show me some pictures or your adater from PAC?
Regards

The order number on Amazon is: 114-0915797-5961835
This is the link to the item ordered:
https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B074M6YFN1/ ... W533&psc=0The picture of the adapter I have is attached. Without taking the dash apart again, I can't get the picture of the actual adapter. But this is the model I have (RP4-FD11). Everything else works through this fine, I connected all speaker wires and everything. The only thing lacking is the steering wheel controls. I used this adapter with a Joying unit in a previous truck (same make, model, year) and it worked fine. Although that unit had the 3.5mm jack.

Awesome, thank you for the reply! Once things warm up a bit (at least above freezing) I'll get back in the dash and try to figure it out. Your information definitely helps point me in the right direction.
Yep, born and raised in WV, but now in NC. Always a Mountaineer though!
