ipod connection not working properly

So far enjoying my new unit! DVD player works great. I can't get my ipod to work properly however. The system recognizes it. the artist and song comes up on the screen, but within about 20 seconds of the song playing it drops and says loading, re-catches the ipod again and continues playing. but it does this over and over. i've tried switching out the cable i was using. i tried using an ipod classic 3rd gen, i tried an ipad mini 4. It does the same thing for all. Any suggestions?

Could you mind tell me your order number so that I can check what item you have bought?
And the item may not support some old generation iPod device well, such as iPod Classic. And we also do not suggest clients to use the iPad for that function.
