no Bluetooth devices are detected, the radio does not detect any devices, and the phones (Samsung, Cubot x18, Iphone 6+, ZenPad 10) do not recognize the car radio, have the feeling that Bluetooth is somehow disabled, the radio searches but finds nothing Possibilities, there is, there is a firmware update that may solve this problem, or is there possibly a hardware defect,

Hi.
first please check whether you choose the bluetooth module as WQ-BC5 in the factory settings.
