c0257 bluetooth and Usb music sound difference

Hi,

I have purchased a C0257 and when ı play music from USB card it sound awful but when I play same song from android phone via bluetooth connection it is louder and has more sound quality. The quality of music from USB drive is intolerably bad. Is it because of equalizer settings? and is it possible to change default equalizer with another app?

Hi,you can download and use other media player, but this unit does not support to change the default equalizer or any other default apps.
About the music sound quality from USB drive, we rarely have this issue feedback, would you mind take a short video to help us check?

Major bummer. When I play i heart radio or slacker radio the sound is flat and there is no bass. This is really aweful that the equalizer doesn't work with other apps.

Hi, there may have something misunderstood, you can go to the Settings-->sound settings to adjust the equalizer to Jazz or Rock mode, then you will get the bass sound effect.
This unit does not have the setting to change the crosser frequency to get the bass sound output, and it has relation with the sound source.
