[Android 4.4.4] No Connection to Play Store

I cant connect to google play store anymore, its an empty white page or the app is blinkling fast without connecting to store. And i have always the message weather is not working and is stopped on my screen every 5 minutes.

Hi,
for the weather app,because there is no constant service from google,we deleted this app in the new firmware.
Please first tell me the resolution ratio of your unit so that i can provide you positive firmware.
