Problem connect obd2 torque

I have a problem with bluetooth, OBD2 paired in settings, but it does not appear in torque, dashcommand or alfaobd ...Message torque, "no bluetooth obd device is paired, please pair on in the bluetooth settings", but obd2 is pairing in settings...

Headunit is 11-RQ0259E with lastest firmware and 2.85 mcu. OBD2 connect without problems in my smartphone samsung android...

Any solution? Thanks

11-RQ0259E it is not compatible OBD2 bluetooth adapter, only Wi-fi...

Hi, about the bluetooth OBD2, could you please tell us if you bought it from us or other places?

And please make sure that you start your car engine.
If the bluetooth OBD2 worked with your smartphone but it did not work with our unit, it must the OBD2 not compatible with our unit, sorry about this.
