Hi what warranty do you give on your products? As I purchased an rq0546 and the bottom half of the touch screen has become none responsive

Well customer services have been in touch and said a new touchscreen is needed at a cost of 45usd to say I'm not very happy is an understatement. The unit is less than 2 years old. The website advertises that the units have a 2 year warranty so why should I have to pay

finally my unit had a problem, the after-sales service has done a great job. I was reimbursed for the value of the radio and I bought a new one. In its day I decided for Pumpkin, because they spoke wonders of after-sales service. I am very happy to have been successful. Great team work keep it up !!!

Hi i had a same problem.my touchscreen stoped working and i had only 1 year that i bought but they told me that they have now only 1year warranty.so i order from them a touchscreen for 35€.
Now touchscreen is working but its inverted. When i touch for exp.continue its pressed cancel from left to right it is inverted.
Any solution?

Hi.i bought them on ebay from seller pumpkin18de from germany.and order number was deleted.how can i send a video to see how it looks.

i got the video details you upload to Youtube and put the link on our reviews.
Normally we don't delete your order info in our system.OK, without order number ,could you tell me 1.why do you need to change the touch screen before ,2.when did you bought the unit? 3.did you update the firmware i gave you in Youtube successfully? could you show me one screenshot about the system info like following picture so that i can confirm whether you flash the firmware successfully.

1 changed the touchscreen because stopped working.
I bought 2 years ago
I updatet thw firmware.
And update.config
And still not working
