My headunit Pumpkim 11 RQ0259E is incompatible with OBD2 bluetooth. I bought one Wifi, but I was without internet, because when the connected Wifi, dongle 3g turn off the internet.
Any idea to have both simultaneously?

About the OBD2 bluetooth, could you please tell us where you bought the OBD2 bluetooth, and here is a video for your reference.

About the internet, this unit has built in wifi, you can connect the internet through the wifi hot spot from your mobile phone or wifi router.
