missing settingsmenu in igo

hello.
my RQ0264 headunit have some problems. in my igo app im uanable to see the settingsmenu for parameters. (not map settings) why is that.

also the clock in igo is way of.

is there a fix for this or is it a warrenty issue ?

Hi, could you please tell us your order number?
Normally if the unit come with the sim card which includes the free maps, you can enter the GPS menu to set the voice language and display language. please check it.
