I want to root the RQ0265
What is the way to do it?

Reason being: even I have a SD card in SD card and GPS slot everything is installed internal.
Also all downloads are stored internal.

I guess I need to modify platform.xml to allow media_rw for the external storage.

Hi, the factory don't allow to root the android unit, cause it may do damage on the unit even the person who is proficient android system.
And the unit will not work after you root it, we can hardly provide the solution.
