Pumpkin RQ0362E Launcher Problem

I have a Problem with my new Carradio .
I use the Launcher with the not changeable icons. Now i have a widget in the Background, that i can´t erase.

So what can i do?

Sorry for the trouble caused.
Could you please tell us more details about how the problem happened?
You can try to do a factory data reset to check.

So, i made a totaly reset, cause there was no other way to delete the widges.
