PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

The dual zone function seemed to work for a while or every once in a while. Is there an update that I can install or a setting I can change to get it back?
Currently if I am Playing the radio and start the GPS the radio audio quits. If I go back to the main menu the audio starts, if I switch back to the GPS no audio again.
HELP.

Could you please go to setting---GPS/Navigation to check if the GPS monitoring is opening? And does the mode switched to Mixing?
Cause I think that is related to the setting, not the system bug my friend.
