Screen Froze on FORD Screen

when this happends what should do first?Model 11-RQ0264E+Y0811 Order# 102-7615463-5245859
hit reset and came back to life so eveything back up and Running.
Is there a Firmware Update for this Unit?
Next the double Boot can We get rid of this?
WIFI is hard to connect and slow on updates ?
ANY HELP ON ANY

Could you please tell us the current system version on your unit?
If there is new one, we can send it to you.
Just go to the settings--about device--info to get.
