You can try this firmware.If it doesn't help ,you can contact the customer service where you bought the unit to get an new touch screen.

i have a Problem . if i start the Car, then after 2-3 minutes The radio makes a very loud noise
a very loud DING DONG
this come only one time after the start.
How can I light off this signal ??
the same Problem i had before with my other Pumpkin Radio with Android 4.4.4

Hi.
Ich have a Problem with your Product:


Pumpkin 7 inch Double Din Android 7.1 Universal Car Stereo/Radio/DVD Player for Ford(silver)

SKU: CN01-05304S

Order Nbr: 500002571


bought at Autopumpkin.de


If i´m trying to connect an OBD2 Reader via Bluetooth, it takes about 5 Minutes to Pair.

Once it´s paired, i can read out all the Datas from my Car.

The App i´m using is DashCommand.

Everything works fine.


Then i turn the car off and wait untli the Radio shut of completely, restart the Radio and even if the Bluetooth Manager shows the "Android Vlink" still paired, DashCommand fails to reconnect to the device.

The only way to reconnect is by unpairing the Radio, rebooting, pairing again (takes 5 Minutes again) and setting up the DashCommand setting again.


On the preinstalled Version of Torque it´s not working at all.




For comparison, on my Android Smartphone Also running on Android 7.x everything just works fine.


I also tried a Wifi dongle, which is not working at all.


Bluetooth dongle is the

Hi,
We don't know the OBD you bought.You can contact the OBD seller to provide you suited software and so on.
Sorry to unable to help you. Or you can consider purchase our OBD.It has been tested that support your unit by using Torque.

Hi, I purchased the Pumpkin Head Unit on the 5th Oct 2017

Android Version: 7.1.2

The problem I am experiencing is that when I insert a USB stick in one of the 2 USB ports (Music or Movie) the GPS card becomes unavailable and the navigation software crashes and will not start again until I remount the GPS sdcard.

Once I remove the GPS card and re-insert it, it works as normal again. It also works when I click on mount sdcard.

It's a bit of a pain as you can't use the Navigation.

Any assistance to fix this would be appreciated.

Hi,
we tested the same unit according to your problem,but didn't find anything wrong. You can try to change the USB stick. If this still doesn't help , you can flash this firmware.

I have been having issues with KD-C0235-US1-A - 6.95in unit for quiet some time. The fm radio will not tune in channels, google play store does not connect, weather application no longer works, nav program no longer loads.... Can you suggest a new model with a proven track record for replacement with a better fm tuner? I am not opposed to flashing new firmware but have not been able to find any. This is a rk3188 a9 1.6ghz quadcore w/ ddr3 1gb ram/ 8gb rom.

Did you buy it long before? We suggest you purchase the new coming unit CN01-02306 which come with android 7.1,2GB RAM and 32GB ROM.The radio reception of this unit is quite good.
