Intemitant shut-off

At any given time the unit will simply shut off. As if the power is shut off. It will remail off for a few seconds and try to restart. Then off again.
All connections are solid including grounds.
PX3 Android 7.2.

A pic would just show it as off. or show me pushing a button with no action, but I will do that if you need it.
