Moving bars effect

I have RQ0110E flipout android radio. Is there way to turn off "moving bars effect" from that small bottom screen when listening music, using bluetooth
etc? Effect where bars go back and forth from both sides.

Do you point to this bar i show in the picture ?
While you click the screen,it will disappeared momentrily.
