unable to login to wifi

I have the above unit. When i try to access wifi the dialogue says "login to wifi" but i cannot open the dialogue box. How do i login?

Hi,
Normally,you don't need to log in wifi.But some expecial wifi source would require you to log in.Did you try connect to other wifi source?
If you still have problem,please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions.And if you can attach some picture for us to find the problem derectly,we will be appreciated.

I have found a way of logging in by opening the wifi providers home page for mcdonalds i open o2 wifi. This is not a solution as it sometimes does not work. I still want to know why i cannot open the wifi password window that appears at the top of the screen.
I live on the 8th floor so i cannot connect to my own wifi so the only way to download maps etc is by logging in to free wifi hotspots. I can set my phone as a mobile hotspot but that costs me money

When you connect to free wifi at mcdonalds or any other shop or restaurant a notification appears at the top of the screen saying login to wifi. Normally when you click on it it opens a page of your browser and allows you to login. On the pumpkin it appears at the top of the screen but you cannot open it.
I have already uploaded a video of this.
I bought the pumpkin because i thought that information would be easily accessible via the forum but it seems no good as there is no one on the forum

I remember you send the video to the customer service and the customer service suggest you turn the browser on manually.

so the unit don't support to login to public wifi.The system of the unit is different from the system of the mobile phone.
