Where do I find the factory settings menue?
What is wrong with you. If you product would be better I do not have to ask all these questions.

You are developing stupid functions and then you blame your customer.

Hi,
sorry, i don't want to blame you on purpose.I should have said what is wrong with your unit but i wrote missing some words.
Do you point to the factory setting option i circle in the following picture when you say service mode or factory setting mode?
