When this unit arrived 1 week ago I connected it in my truck and it immediately saw my home wifi network and I successfully connected. A day or two later it would no longer connect. It simply shows and previously connected network as saved and will not connect to any of them even when I click on the network and select Connect. If I connect to a new network that has never been seen before it works as expected however after that first time use it never connects again.
The GPS is a similar situation. It worked great for the first few days and now it takes miles (and sometimes hours) of driving on unobstructed highways before the GPS will connect. The signal strength always seems low.
For both the wifi and the GPS I have tested an Android Samsung Galaxy Tab in my truck at the same time and it always connects to the WIFI and it always connects to the GPS.

Hi,
For the wifi problem, you can try to clear up all the connect record.
For the GPS problem, did your unit keep memory such as the time or the radio station when you restart the unit?
Regards

Re: wifi not working and very poor GPS signal
The unit does remember time and settings after I restart the vehicle.
I tried a USB wifi dongle but it does not get power from the USB plugs on the unit. The USB plugs do work because I can plug a flash drive into all three plugs and read from the drive in each. However the little LED never lights up on the WIFI dongle like it does when I plug it into my laptop.
I am also having issues with pairing an OBDII. There is no option that I can find anywhere on the device to get into Bluetooth settings to do the pairing. Where is the menu to access bluetooth settings?

Hi,
Regarding the problem of the GPS,you can try to place the antenna outside the car,if this doesn't help, you can contact the customer to change an antenna.
Regarding the OBD operation problem, you can refer to the following thread.
