CN10-03203B - VW Dynaudio compatible?

I've installed a CN10-03203B into my Golf 6 with the "Dynaudio Excite" DSP (all CANbus), and the sound is barely audible when the radio is turned up to maximum volume.

My old 11-RQ0367E unit worked fine with Dynaudio. Is the CN10-03203B no longer compatible?

Also, the CN10-03203B has drained my parked car's battery within three hours. I had to call roadside assistance...

About the Dynaudio amplifier issue, you need to connect the "AMP" wire of the ISO cable to the "AMP" wire of the microphone cable.

Hi, the Amazon.de order # is 303-0055191-7665147.

I've also noticed there's a newer model called CN10-03303B with Android 7.1, which looks the same as the CN10-03203B. Will there be a 7.1 update for my unit?

I can't find the AMP-CON wire on the ISO cable, only on the mic cable. The ISO cable onls has K1, K2, CAM-LINE and ANT.

If you don't mind,you can contact the customer service where you bought the unit to send you an new kind of ISO cable which contains a "AMP" wire.

My old 11-RQ0367E also has an AMP-CON wire, which doesn't have to be connected at all, and it still works with Dynaudio...
