Poor bluetooth quality

Hi i have the 7" vw android dvd, when i make phone calls, the person on the other end find it hard to hear me due to poor quality. I have to shout in order for them to hear sometimes. Ive change the microphone after buying a new one but it still poor. Any suggestions?

I bought it a coyple of years ago on ebay, under an old user account for ebay and paypal. Ive since changed account and dont have access to the purchase details so i guess theres no help then. Ill just sell it. Cant be bothered with the hassle.
