CN10-10301B-01A Display missing contrast

Hello, my car radio seems to have no contrast. I get it yesterday and by the first power on the display is very pale. Change the brightness brings no success. Is there any possibility to adjust the contrast?

Hi,
sorry for the late reply.
You can try to take apart the unit and re-plug the flat cable again.If this doesn't help,please show me a picture about it.
