Boot Loop

Hello,

May I trouble you to help me with a boot loop issue please?

When I start my truck I receive the following message and the Head Unit dies...

I made my purchase on Jan 3, 2017. From Amazon.com. Order # Order# 112-2792264-7886669

i heard that our amazon customer service replied you on support@autopumpkin.com mailbox.please check it.
She sent you the firmware. You can flash it .

I have the same problem!
The model seems the same, the android version of mine is 5.1

Can you also send me the firmware and instructions?

The MEGA links I found don't work!

I already sent mail to customer support but didnt get reply.
