AS0372B Radio does not stay tuned

Hi

I just bought and installed the AS0372B Android quad-core navigation/radio system in my VW Tiguan.
I am very pleased with the product. However, the radio frequency automatically starts scanning.
When I tuned to a radio station, it stays on that frequency for a few seconds. Then it automatically starts scanning the whole range until it is back to the original frequency. Then after a few seconds it starts scanning again.
I tried various options like enable/disable the AF function, but still the same behavior.

I used the original antenna from my car (which gives a very good signal using the OEM radio). I used the antenna adapter that was supplied with the Pumpkin radio. It all fits fine and tight, so the antenna connection does not seem the problem.

Can you please advice?

Note: I do not receive many stations. The OEM radio found more stations. But the station that I tune into with the Pumpkin radio has a proper signal so I would like the radio to stay tuned to that frequency and not do an auto scan.

for the problem that there are no many stations you receive.You can consider contacting the customer service to get an VW signal amplifier.Other query,you can also consult the customer service.For saving your time ,you need not to consult both me and customer service .
