GPS Wont Work

I recently purchased and installed my Pumpkin 7" Android 7.1 Car Stereo Radio 4Core 2GB 32GB GPS Navi DAB OBD2 WIFI.. and I'm having issues with the GPS not working. I tried mounting the antenna both on the inside and outside of the vehicle. I've also tried to use both google maps and waze but no luck. I do have a micro SD card in the slot and its recognized but when I pull up google maps it doesn't recognize my location nor give me any streets. Any tips on how to fix? I read somewhere the gps needs to connect to 3 satellites to work but I'm not sure how to tell how many mine is connected to, if any. The gps test app shows it's ok but still can't get it to work...please help.

Hi,
there should be an app called GPS or GPS test so so,you can open it and find how many satellites you get.

I used the gps info app and it appears I am connected ok. See picture. My Ebay buyer id is lynks14.

I suggest you show them these info:
Your Amazon order ID&order date:
The details of the issue(when did it happen&what happened&what did you try to do to fix it);
Attachments(It couldn't be better if you would provide us with pictures or video link);
It will help us understand the issue and provide you right solution.
Your car model and made years;
You phone model and system version(if it is regarded);
The rest of the supplement.
