Subfoower issue

Ive got Audi A4 b7 2005 non bose.

I replaced my old radio Bns 5.0 with new android 5.1 rns-e style. I also have subwoofer with external amplifier which was installed by previous owner.
The subwoofer will get signal from cars own amplifier located in the boot. Also between, there is hi-low converter.

I installed the android trough fuse/filer box which was given, and everything works fine except subfoower. It plays on very low.
it starts to play normally only when I disconnect one of the rear speakers.

right now I connected the left rear speaker straight with the radio, the quality in speaker is not so good but at least the subwoofer plays normally.

Should I connect the subfoower straight with the radio or is there any other option.

Hi,
Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
For the subwoofer, it's also related to the audio frequency you play, some of unit just recognize the low frequency and output the low frequency audio signal, so you may hear the sound unclearly.
If possible, please take a video about the problem, we will help you check.

I will add a picture about the connection,
Basically if I disconnect either of Rear left or rear right, the subfoower will start to play normally. Otherwise the subfoower will make barely some noise

Hello

Everything is working fine, but the unit crashes sometimes. It will do a restart by its own or the screen will just turn black.
Maybie there is a new software for me to download?

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - about devcie - system update.
